- Step 3: We access your computer and resolve your problem.
Atera is our Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) and Professional Services Automation (PSA) tool. We use this tool for remote support for businesses to monitor and keep computer systems up to date.
Agent Download: If you are an existing business and just installed a new device, download and install the agent and we will be able to remotely mange the new device.
Raise a Ticket: Existing customers can require a login to our problem management system to log a new problem or check on the status of existing problems.
